Cancellations, Refunds & Adjustments

You may change or cancel any order within 24 hours after it is placed. To initiate a change or cancel, please visit our website or contact our team at callalilyparis@gmail.com. You will need to provide us with the details of your order and a clear description of the reason for the cancellation. Any refunds will returned with the same payment method used for the initial purchase. You will receive a confirmation once the order has been updated.

What are Calla shipping options? Do we offer free shipping?

Calla Lily currently offers Free Shipping on all over the world orders over €49,00. Expedited shipping options are available at checkout and calculated dynamically based on destination.

If you have special shipping needs, please contact us via our website or at callalilyparis@gmail.com. In the event your shipment is delayed, or any issues arise in production that could delay your order, we will contact you with any details or questions.

Standard shipping 

Standard shipping is a flat rate of €3.99 for 8-10 day delivery in France. Expedited Shipping is calculated based on the chosen service. Orders over €79,00 ship for free.  For other countries, learn more:Shipping

 

 

Returns

Can I return my product?

We’re bummed if you’re not 100% satisfied with the items you received, and we gladly accept returns within 30 days of receipt for most items in new condition. Should there be any dispute on the refund amount for any Returns, your refund will be based on the merchandise value on the original purchase invoice. Generally, customers should be responsible for the cost for any returning items.

Note!! Not Returnable Products includes: Earrings, Underwear and swimsuits.

Return Conditions

- You have 30 days to decide if an item is right for you, if not, you can certainly come to us within 30 days of receipt.

- Items returned must be in their unused condition with the original packing. We do not accept a returned item that’s worn, damaged, washed or altered in any way.

What is the return address?

If you wish to return the items to the nearest return address, please write an e-mail at callalilyparis@gmail.com, our customer service representative will get back to you within 24 hours. epair, or remake if necessary and deliver the item back to you. Please note that any replacement cannot be made or shipped until we have received the original item(s) complete in the original packaging.

 

What is Calla Guarantee?

Calla offer our customers 365-day warranty, you can simply reach out to us at callalilyparis@gmail.com with a photo and description of the issue and we will make things right for you. 

Please note that discoloration, oxidation, and tarnishing are all inherent and inevitable characteristics of plated jewelry that can occur over time. However, we stand behind our quality and believe that with proper care, your pieces should last. 

Where will be your orders deliver from?

We have warehouses in the Europe and Asia, we will ship your parcel depends on your location and where our stock is.

How much it cost the delivery to our repair and return?

It costs €9.90 for the delivery for you to return the items. Once we receive, we will update you how long it will cost to repair, replace or refund.

What can i do if my jewelry arrives damaged?

When your order is not received.

We are sorry in advance! If you have not receive your order, but it is mark as delivered, we suggest you to:

  1. Check with your neighbours and around your residence. 
  2. Check your address online, make sure if it is accurate.
