To ensure that your pieces remain in top condition, we recommend the following care:
- Keep your jewelry away from perspiration, water, perfume and cosmetics. This is especially important for our gold-plated pieces which are more prone to oxidation and tarnishing.
- Make sure to remove your jewelry before, showering/bathing, swimming or engaging in any other activity that is subject to friction or contact with water.
- Do not wear your jewelry during sleep.
- Keep your jewelry in a cool, dry spot, with the original Calla box or bag.
Fill out the application form first and you should receive a confirmation email shortly after you apply. normally it will be within 2-3 business days.
If you haven't received any mail from us, please check your inbox for spam or promotional labels. Make sure to move our messages to your main inbox to make sure this doesn't happen in the future.
Yes! We’re bummed if you’re not 100% satisfied with the items you received, and we gladly accept returns of receipt for most items in new condition. Should there be any dispute on the refund amount for any Returns, your refund will be based on the merchandise value on the original purchase invoice. Generally, customers should be responsible for the cost for any returning items.
